WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your item. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price items within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are NEW, unused and in original condition. Please click here for more info.

I NEED TO EXCHANGE A SIZE. HOW DO I DO IT?

Unfortunately, we do not have a standard exchange service. If you would like to receive an item in a different size/color or another style, just place a new order online.  Your original purchase should be unused/unworn and returned within the time-frame permitted.  Please click here for more details on how to return an order.

WHAT KIND OF LEATHER IS USED AND HOW DO YOU CARE FOR IT?

We use hides from animals that are eaten for their meat: lambskin and cowhide.  We do not use animal hides that are exotic, protected and hunted only for their leather. Please click here for more info.

I'M A STORE OWNER AND I WANT TO CARRY YOUR ITEMS. DO YOU WHOLESALE?

We welcome the opportunity to work with other retailers. If you are a retailer interested in carrying our products, please send an inquiry to info@tannersavenue.com. An associate from our wholesale division will be able to assist you.

HOW COME SOME OF THESE ITEM DO NOT RUN 'TRUE TO SIZE'?

The way a garment fits is a personal preference. Some styles run fuller while others are slim-cut.  There is no defining 'true to size' as we are all built differently. We strive to make transparent how each garment runs and welcome inquiries on measurements, fit, etc.  If you need help, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will do our best to point you in the right direction.

DO YOU CUSTOMIZE?

No, we are not a facility set-up for custom work and do not offer this option.  Please contact your local tailor for work that needs to be done on your garment

HOW COME YOU OFFER 'FREE SHIPPING' BUT I NEED TO PAY FOR THE RETURN?

We offer free shipping on the initial outbound trip of the order as noted. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with a return trip should you choose to return an order.
